Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

• 24 month FTC
• Up to £71,000 base salary plus benefits

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join the Data & Workflow Platform Team at a global law to help enable the use of data and low code tools to build simple & intelligent technology solution for lawyers. 

Responsibilities: 

• Translate business requirement into functional applications & features. 
• Formulate working proof of concepts
• Gain a strong understanding of the current data structure within the CRM solution and its relying systems
• Quality assurance of all third-party proposals 
• Configure & customise D365 modules such as sales or customer service 
• Provide support and maintenance for D365 applications 

Experience Required: 

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or similar role within the legal or professional services industry.
• Experience of working with CRM within the legal industry including understanding the importance of Pitch Management and Client Relationship Management.
• Hands-on professional experience of working in a global enterprise across time zones with an appreciation of diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
• Experience with system integration, data migration, and testing methodologies.
• Extensive experience in designing, deploying and migrating to CRM solutions in a global organisation.
• Experience of migrating legacy CRM data to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
