Position: SEN Teacher - Primary School
Salary Range: £120- £180 per day 
Location: Redruth
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role:

  • Design individualised learning plans for students with special educational needs as SEN Teacher.
  • Deliver customised instruction and assistance to students facing diverse learning challenges (such as autism, dyslexia, and ADHD).
  • Collaborate with professionals like educational psychologists and speech therapists to create holistic support approaches.
  • Cultivate an inclusive and nurturing learning environment, ensuring all students feel appreciated and supported.
  • Continuously evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods and resources as needed.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience as SEN Teacher.
  • A solid understanding of various learning difficulties and effective support strategies is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students overcome barriers are highly valued.
  • Candidates with a valid driving license and access to a vehicle will be given priority consideration.
