Due to an increase in work load we are looking to recruit a highly reliable and hard-working individual, to work in a construction-based role. The individual we are looking for will be operating a company vehicle and will be supporting with several different tasks which include but are not limited to the following.

Responsibilities.

• Delivering and collecting materials to and from sites
• Supporting teams with rubbish collection from site and properties (building materials)
• Carrying out void and occupied property clearances
• General labouring on various sites which will include assisting trades and using ladders safely
• Driving a cage truck daily
• Loading and unloading heavy materials

The office is based in Chudleigh and the ideal candidate should be based within 45 minutes of the office. You will be working for one of the South Wests leading providers in housing maintenance.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able
• Hard working and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• Proactive and working from own initiative
