£13.50 - £14.50/hour

This is a long-term role which is available from September 2024 for approximately a term. The successful candidate will assist the department with day-to-day administrative duties and work solely on SIMS.

We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills and proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and IT. The candidate must have strong experience using the SIMS package and be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. They should be able to work independently and be able to communicate effectively with staff, students and parents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all staff and student information is up to date on SIMS and following up on staff for missing registers as necessary. They will also be required to provide exceptional levels of customer service to pupils, parents and staff and be a team player. Additionally, the appointed applicant may be required to cover reception during absences and lunch breaks.

To be considered for this role, the candidate must have:

- A high level degree,

- Be available full time,

- MUST have SIMS experience

- Have an enhanced DBS Disclosure

- Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and provide professional reference checks.

- The CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and the candidate must have the legal right to work in the UK.
