Our clients are looking for a Site Manager in Oxford
The role is a contract of 24 month and is for a confident, and motivated individual that worked before for a main contracto.
We are looking for a certain candidate who is able to work well on their own initiative and as part of a team, along with this you will have good communication skills and be able to approach completion of projects in a organised way. You will be required to maintain the highest quality standards.
Key factors and experience we are looking for in a Site Manager:
- Experience in mid-rise construction, not just low rise housebuilding
- Used to managing a tight site with awkward logistics
- Able to work autonomously
- Requisite CDM and H&S qualifications
- First aid and fire warden training would be helpful
- Programme is critical so someone willing and able to stay on site to get the job done if there are delays
- Experience of installing prefab pods would be beneficial
