£25,000 - £27,000/annum
Our client is a highly reputable Sales & Distribution operation, recognised for their first-class service to customers throughout UK & Europe. Following another successful year, they are looking for a meticulous Sales Administrator to join their busy and collaborative team.

The Role:
  • Handling incoming enquires from customers via phone, email & live chat website orders
  • Processing sales orders
  • Providing quotations & following up to secure orders
  • Maintaining communication with the customer, advising of order progress
  • Handling sample requests
  • Ensuring accurate customers records on the company database

Skills / experience required:
  • Previous solid experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent sales & customer support skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient user of MS Packages including Word & Excel

The Package:
  • Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5pm & 12.45pm finish on Fridays
  • £25,000 - £27,000
  • Free parking onsite & good public transport links
