Quantity Surveyor - Freelance

We are recruiting for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join the project commercial team to help with initially the completion of a new build £10 million care development.
The scheme is due for completion 4th Quarter 2024 so you will procuring the final packages, managing the existing subcontractors through to completion, payments, valuations, cvr preparation, financial forecasting and reporting through to final accounts.
The contractor are negotiating a similar scheme nearby with the same client and if timings are aligned you will be able to help with early doors procurement of the new project and potentially have the opportunity to help run this scheme through to completion - approx another 18 months.
It is an immediate start for the right candidate and the role can be assessed for IR35 status.
