Based in a local service centre, you will manage a busy yard and team of yard operatives to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be a great team player, taking pride in your workplace and ensuring high standards while complying with company procedures.

As Workshop Manager, your duties will include:

• Daily management of workshop and yard staff
• Organising returns, repairs, and stock management
• Monitoring off-hired equipment, recording repairs and damages
• Coordinating vehicle movements in and around the yard
• Maintaining a tidy yard with designated storage areas
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards
• Repairing and maintaining equipment per manufacturer guidelines
• Conducting regular stock checks
• Managing the yard during stock takes

About You:

• Demonstrable experience in a yard environment
• Forklift license
• Industry experience (desirable)
• Team management experience
• Awareness of health and safety requirements
