Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Develop a network of candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Support the senior consultants in managing client accounts and delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities in our recruitment database.
- A strong desire to build a career in recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of motivation and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- No prior experience in recruitment is necessary, but a background in sales or customer service is a plus.
