Sales Negotiator

Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

Salary: Basic £25k, OTE £35k - £40k + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Client:

Our client is a well-established estate agency, specialising in property buying, sales, and lettings.

The Role:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Responsibilities:

• Generate regular sales and financial reports.
• Negotiate offers and strive for successful deal closures.
• Maintain accurate records and review sales performance.
• Aim for monthly or annual targets.
• Provide clients with detailed costings.
• Collaborate with team members to maximise results.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator, Sales Executive or in a similar role.
• Ideally have 1 year of sales experience.
• Proficient in the English language.
• GCSE or equivalent qualification would be preferred.
• Experience with CRM software would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
