Job Title:- Senior Construction Manager
Location- Berkshire
Type:- Permanent
Salary:- Negotiable
With a turnover of over £150 million, one of UK’S leading Fit out & Refurbishment Contractors is seeking a No.1 Senior Construction Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 year’s experience within High End Fit out in either Commercial or High End Residential working for a Main Contractor on project values over £7-£10 million.
Some of the key duties would include
- Programming responsibility from contract programme onwards: design and build
- Site set up and strategy including logistics
- Daily site management and Progress reporting weekly
- Check contractors RAMS for approval, Tickets records and allocate inductions.
- Check and Approve Benchmarks from contractors
- Work as part of a team
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to
- Finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Client liaison
- Management of the trades and labour on site
Ideal candidate must have worked within High End Residential or Commercial fit out , must be able to travel to site and have a Black CSCS, SMSTS & FIRST Aid Site certifications.
