Job Title: Behaviour Mentor (SEMH)

Salary range: £85-£95 per day

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH).
• Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviour and promote positive outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and track progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers.
• Foster strong relationships with students, encouraging their engagement and participation.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEMH needs.
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents/carers.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting the development of young people.
• Flexibility and adaptability in response to the needs of the school and students.
