The Opportunity

An award winning property management company are looking for a small team of Residential Night Concierges for their new private residential development set to open in an exlusive location close to the River Thames and Vauxhall station

The Residential Night Concierge position will be working in a small team providing a seamless 24/7 5* Hotel Style service to all residents and visitors. This is an exciting time to join, assisting with the orientation of new residents and providing an exclusive night service.

Some of the duties will be:

* Meeting and greeting residents, visitors with 5 star service
* Main/First point of contact for Resident requests
* Travel planning and booking of transport
* Checks of the building and providing a secure environment

What You Will Need

* Previous customer service experience working over night in a 4* or 5* setting
* Strong English language skills
