Full-Time Year 2 Teaching Assistant Position in Dewsbury
Accelerate Teaching are seeking a Teaching Assistant (TA) to work with a Year 2 class in a small primary school based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, starting as soon as possible. The Primary school itself is a welcoming and nurturing environment where they are very committed to providing the best-quality education, fostering personal development of each individual learner in their care.
As a Year 2 TA, you will support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons, provide one-on-one support to students, and help with the implementation of the curriculum.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a TA working in a primary school, particularly with Key Stage 1 (KS1) students.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment as a TA.
