Call Centre Advisor
Monday to Friday working 1 weekend per month
8.00am till 19.00pm (40 hour working week)
£11.44 per hour
22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Temp to Perm Role with long term opportunity
Experience required for Call Centre Advisor based in Erdington
- Experience within a Call Centre Advisor role
- Previous experience dealing with customer complaints
- Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage own workload and prioritise accordingly
Details of a Call Centre Advisor based in Erdington
- Answering all customer queries by email, phone, social media and 3rd party channels.
- Taking ownership of all customer issues to resolution
- Constantly search for opportunities to improve customer experience
- Meet individual and department targets
- Support the wider business where it is required on a day to day tasks
