Job Title: Production Operative with FLT experience.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Operative from a manufacturing / production environment.

We have worked with this client for several years; they offer a first class working environment and the opportunity to work in the Manufacturing sector.

Production Operative – Main Duties:

• Working in a factory environment operating process machinery.
  This role requires the candidate to understand the nature of working with hazardous chemicals, and the full health and safety issues surrounding them.
• The candidate will be weighing out raw materials and dry processing the polymers and mainly powder additives following standard operating procedures..
• Whilst working in the factory there will be other aspects of the job that require: Good attention to detail, following procedures and instructions.
• Working within specific health and safety guidelines.
• Ensuring that work stations at kept clean and safe at all times.
• Limiting the use of waste materials.
• Ensuring accurate records are kept at all times, using numeracy and good standard of written English.
• Working to strict deadlines.

They require a Production Operative with a minimum 1 year experience.

Qualifications / Skills/ Experience:

Experience in dry compounding of polymers or similar
FLT License - counter balance.

Salary / Hourly Rates:
£12 to £13

Overtime is time and half for Saturday, double time for Sunday.
Hours of Work: 8am - 5pm weekdays
Potential temp to perm opportunity.
