A professional, medium sized consultancy, based in the heart of London City, is now looking to add a newly qualified or experienced Building Surveyor to their flourishing and supportive team.

This opportunity will offer the successful Building Surveyor a truly diverse workload, where you'll benefit from continuous progression and a social setting.

Role and responsibilities

As the chosen Building Surveyor, you'll work closely with a range of clients across the office, retail, hotel, transport and residential properties, with single and multi-property owners in the private and public sector.

This role will encompass the full range of Building Surveying services, with a particular focus on project delivery, with schemes from office fit-out to recladding, cut and calve.

Person specification

This role will suit a project-bias Building Surveyor, who is dedicated to progressing themselves professionally within a flexible environment.

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree (Essential)
  • A property background would be advantageous
  • Well-rounded service line experience
