Job Title: Project Coordinator
Are you an experienced professional with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for project management? We are currently seeking a full-time Experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing small projects and sales orders, ensuring seamless communication with clients and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute small projects and sales orders from initial inquiry to project execution.
- Prepare and submit project documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Procure materials and goods necessary for project completion.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare export documentation as required.
- Oversee logistics management of goods on a global scale.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, preferably within engineering (though not essential).
- Strong multitasking abilities with the capability to evaluate and prioritize workload effectively.
- Diligent attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of engineering terminology and practices is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 35-hour working week, with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Thursday and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Fridays.
