Games / PE Coach at a Prep School in Tonbridge, Kent

Are you passionate about sports and education? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Games Coach to join a PE team at a prestigious prep school in Tonbridge, Kent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Teach Girls' games across all year groups, following departmental schemes of work and policies.
- Coach and/or referee school fixtures at both home and away venues.
- Drive the school minibuses when required.
- Promote fair play and sporting conduct at all times.
- Encourage and foster girls' interest and enjoyment in games at all levels.
- Attend departmental meetings, full staff meetings, and staff training sessions as needed.
- Participate in INSET courses as appropriate.
- Carry out regular staff duties on a rota basis.
- Actively engage in the pastoral, extracurricular, and social activities of the school.
- Assist Games staff in delivering the Games curriculum for Years N - 8.
- Support the Head of Games in organising fixtures and managing teams.
- Coordinate match days to ensure players are properly equipped and on schedule.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

- Experience in a similar role; school environment experience is desirable.
- Good IT and interpersonal skills.
- Clean driving license, preferably D1 or above.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team when required.
