My client are a leading real estate advisor in the science and tech space, with a close-knit Building Surveying team, searching for a dedicated and bright Building Surveyor to join their Milton Keynes office.
This opportunity will offer the successful Building Surveyor a wide range of projects to get stuck into and fully supported APC training where needed.

Role and responsibilities
The successful Building Surveyor will have access to a variety of schemes, across the industrial, life sciences, education and land/estates and will carry out the range of professional and project driven service lines.
Person specification
The chosen Building Surveyor will be a team player and work well in a small team, as well as have a focused attitude to learning and self-development.
- BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveying or RICS accredited
- A consultancy background
- Experience delivering professional services
- Strong written/report writing ability and verbal communication skills
