Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, testing, installing, and commissioning small projects, performing routine maintenance, and providing critical support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, install, and commission small project works.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as site surveys, technical audits, system health checks, spares management, obsolescence reporting, disaster recovery work (backup & restore), system upgrades, and patching.
  • Assist customers in fault-finding and problem rectification via telephone, web, email, and on-site emergency repairs (including out-of-hours work on a rota basis).
  • Complete service reports and other project documentation as required.
  • Essential Requirements:
  • Strong electrical engineering background.
  • Valid driving licence.


Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience with PLC/RTU or similar control systems.
  • Ability to gain SC clearance.


Personal Skills:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to attend customer sites independently and occasionally as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to undertake out-of-hours work on a rota basis.
