About the company
Our client is a leading independent versatile and experienced construction business, providing specialist solutions for Remediation, Groundworks and RC Frames across the UK. Founded in 1989, the company has a team of over 100 experienced professionals with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and to budget.
About the role
Due to expanded growth with our long standing client, we have been asked to find a concrete frame Project Manager for projects around West London.
The successful Project Manager should be capable of delivering packages ranging in value from £10 million up to £60 million each. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client.
About the requirements
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality RC frame projects on time and within budget
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 7+ years experience in working as a Project Manager
- Previous experience with an RC Frame competitor
- Degree educated in either Project Management or Engineering
About the Benefits and Rewards
Salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum.
