Our valued client, based in Birmingham, are seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join their team. This is an ongoing TEMP TO PERM role, working 40 hours a week, 5 out of 7 days, between the hours of 8am – 7pm, Monday – Sunday.

£11.94 per hour.

Customer Services Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Helping customers with orders over the phone
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Monitoring customer services inbox, answering emails and resolving queries
  • Ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Communicate company policies, changes, and updates to customers.
  • Ensure consistent and clear communication with customers across all channels.

Customer Services Advisor Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience as a Customer Service Advisor or similar Customer facing role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Confident and able to work under pressure
  • Able to multitask
