You will have a commitment to planning and delivering engaging lessons and you will engage with a wide range of professionals, including therapists and psychologists to ensure all pupils are reaching their full potential.

Sutherland House School is a non-maintained specialist school for autistic children and young people aged 3-19. The school prides itself on creating personalised learning opportunities with a vision for reaching potential for each individual pupil. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Previous experience with ASD, SLD, PMLD, SEMH or teaching in an additional need’s environment is desirable however full training and support will be given.
