Customer Service Advisor

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor within a distribution environment.
You will be joining existing team working for family run company.
Outbound/Inbound Calls, growing sales., but this is not a hard sales role, warm sales and no cold calling.
You must have a confident telephone manner and be enthusiastic; Strong listening and communicating skills are essential, as are basic computer skills.However, full ongoing training is provided.
Own transport desirable, due to location.
Hours Mon-Friday 9am-5pm Saturday work 1 in 3 by rota 8.30am -12 Noon (SATURDAYS AFTER 12 WEEKS TRAINING IF TAKEN ON)
28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
Free onsite parking
Wage £11.44 per hour. Saturdays time and a half after been taken on permanent.
