Construction Project Manager – Liverpool – 24 Month Contract

I am currently recruiting a Construction Project Manager for a large domiltion, design and re-build project of major industrial manufacturing factility. 

This project is for a global blue-chip organisation at there new liverpool facility and the project in excess of £100m.

This a brown field development and will involve domiltion, some ground works, utilities upgrades, steel erection, cladding and roofing, dry wall, stainless stell inside followed buy M&E fit out.

The construction Project Manager will be responsible for maning the demolition, convtruction and civils aspect of this major factory overhaul. This will envilve managing the EPCM, and workign along side the process and packaging project teams to ensure smooth running of the project. 

In addition, you will be repsonible 

  • Carry out daily activity briefing
  • Supervise document control
  • Attend design meetings and review design drawings.
  • Coordinate Breeam information
  • Coordinate Sustainability information
  • Coordinate considerate constructor activity’s
  • Hold weekly sub contract progress meetings
  • Produce weekly programmes of all works
  • Oversee production of monthly and short term programmes with the planner.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering or similar qualification
  • Experienced Construction Manager or Construction Project Manager on large industrial projects
  • Experience in NEC 3 or NEC 4 contracts

This role is immediately available and is outside of IR35
