Temporary Professional Receptionist

Are you a Professional Temp? We support our clients reception cover needs both Full Time and Part Time across the year on week days, weekends & even Bank Holiday's. We have various dates and times available. Pay: £12 - £13 per hour paid weekly

Location: Poole

Hours: Hours differ, full time & part time available

What will I be doing:

• Serve as the welcoming face and friendly voice of our prestigious client, acting as the first point of contact for their valued clients
• Greet visitors with a warm smile, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable upon arrival
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate individuals within the organisation
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently and accurately
• Provide administrative support to various departments when needed, such as typing, filing, and data entry
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setting up meeting rooms as required
• Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary
• Collaborate with their friendly team to ensure a smooth flow of communication and efficient office operations
