You will be responsible for developing new products and improving existing formulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure our products meet the highest standards of taste, quality, and safety. Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development from concept to commercialisation with support from managers.
  • Implement new formulas in manufacturing facilities.
  • Provide manufacturability guidance and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
  • Build relationships with key suppliers and enhance team knowledge and capabilities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Suppliers to meet project objectives.
  • Use technical knowledge to provide solutions and timelines, supporting new product delivery and optimisation.
  • Follow all technical processes and legal requirements.
  • Keep up with production trends, techniques, and competitors to propose growth opportunities.
  • Follow a learning plan to enhance skills and facilitate career progression.

Desirable/Essential experience:

  • Degree or equivalent in relevant science discipline (e.g. Chemical Engineering, Food science, Chemistry).
  • Relevant formulation / quality qualifications are desirable.
  • Project management qualifications/experience are preferred.
