£85 - £95/day

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Teaching Assistant to join our agency and represent us in a school starting in September. This will be a full time role and will require you to work with pupils who have additional needs in the classroom. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working within a school environment, with a proven ability to work independently and effectively. A relevant qualification is essential, ensuring capability to support teaching staff and students with initiative and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teaching staff in the planning and delivery of lessons.
  • Provide tailored support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a school setting.
  • Relevant qualification enabling independent and effective work.
  • Experience working with SEND pupils with a range of needs.
  • Passion for education and supporting student development.
