Job Description
In this role, you will be essential in the safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of Capital Projects. You will assist the Head of Projects in implementing the client’s Capital Project plan. This autonomous position requires a high degree of initiative and strong communication skills to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivery of the client Investment Project Pipeline, a wide range of ad-hoc business-driven Projects, upgrades and improvement works and feasibility studies
- Ensure all project works undertaken are managed effectively in line with client procedures and approved codes of practice and CDM requirements
- Ensure that all Project related activities are supported by a clear commercial process to ensure all projects are delivered profitably and underpinned by a clear breakdown of costs presented to the client for approval
- Lead by example, motivate and engage with the key stakeholders and ISS teams across the account
- Maintain accurate Project files for each Project held on shared drive, and keep local records of Project status to evidence progress and commercial management
- Monitor project performance against SLA’s and KPI’s in line with customer expectations and ensure accurate Monthly Reports and updates are collated and delivered to the customer reporting timelines
- Promote a strong safety culture on all Project activities, with adherence to company processes for risk assessment, training, safe working, accident reporting and investigation (to include root cause analysis)
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma educated in a Business or FM related discipline
- Preferably IOSH, Nebosh or Rospa qualification
- Formal Project Management qualification and/or Member of a Professional Body
- A range of experience across project work including CDM, customer service and financial accountability
- Experience as a project manager within a facility service environment
- Must be highly numerate and literate
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into successful operational solutions and drive closure on proposals
