Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a leading regional law firm who are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to joint their team. Please find below further details with regards to this position.
ROLE Private Client Solicitor
PQE: 2 to 4 years'
LOCATION: North London
SALARY: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
The Role of the Private Client Solicitor
- To mange and progress a caseload of Private Client matters through to completion
- Matters will include Administration of Estates, Trusts & Inheritance Tax
- Applying for and obtaining the grant of probate and setting up trusts
The Person
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with around 2 to 4 years' PQE
- Experienced in drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration
- Tax planning would be advantageous
