Location: Leicester

Remuneration: £30,000 - £40,000 + Profit share bonus, 10%-25%

The role of the Internal Sales Manager – Lighting Products will involve:

• Internal sales position selling a range of manufactured of LED lighting products including: LED tape, bespoke lighting, ground lights, POS lighting, controls etc.
• You will be selling into electrical wholesalers, retailers, designers, fit-out contractors across a range of industries including: residential, commercial, hospitality & leisure
• Typical order values can range from £100-£20,000
• 60% of your time will be spent overseeing the internal sales team with 40% being spent on sourcing new business opportunities
• Coaching and developing a tight knit sales team (3)
• Pro-actively seek out new business and maintain existing accounts
• Follow up on quotes sent out to customers in a prompt fashion
• Manage the branch marketing; including social media & distributed advertising

The ideal applicant will be Internal Sales Manager – Lighting Products with:

• Must have 4 + years proven sales experience
• Must have experience managing a team
• Ideally will have experience with lighting or electrical products
• Team player, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Driven and enthusiastic
• Personable with a positive attitude
• IT Savvy
