We now have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join us to work alongside our consultants. We are looking for a tenacious and ambitious person who thrives in a busy environment and possesses a positive attitude, building positive and lasting relationships should come naturally to you. Previous experience in recruitment and specifically healthcare recruitment would be beneficial.  

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and developing candidate relationships

• Attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database

• Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment

• Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond

• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate

What are we looking for? 

• Ideally a background in sales or some sales experience 

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career

• Proactive, tenacious and positive attitude 

• Excellent relationship building and communications skills

• The ability to overcome objections and the ability to speak to people at all levels confidently
