We have an exciting position available for a Customer Voice Business Partner to join us!  

Your role will focus on hearing the customer voice to influence our services and put the voice of the customer at the heart of the business. Developing an inclusive model which gives all our customers the opportunity to participate across a wide range of involvement methods from local engagement support through to our Customer Scrutiny Panel. 

What we’re looking for:         

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for customer involvement and scrutiny.  

  • A passion and drive to provide great a customer experience and a proven track record in this area.     

  • An understanding of social housing and/or community development.  

  • Experience of building positive relationships with colleagues and customers.   

  • Experience of both formal and informal structures for engagement.   

  • Group facilitation skills; experience of running customer-based focus groups and workshops.   

  • Experience of customer led design projects.   

  • Outcome and solution focused with ability to show initiative and propose solutions to issues identified.   

  • Experience reporting outcomes.   

  • The ability to use IT software and packages proficiently.
