The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant

For this role, we are actively recruiting for a friendly and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work alongside students with Special Educational Needs in a SEN school. The role will require you to work closely with the students so that you may build a rapport with them and encourage them to become independent with their learning and enhance their social skills. Due to the students’ needs, it is essential for the ideal SEN Teaching Assistant to have experience working with children or young people who have special needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and other learning difficulties in order to be considered for this role.

This is a fantastic SEN school that provides education to children in KS3 and KS4 who have SEN. They have a great team who work soundly together to ensure that students receive a high standard of education to reach their full potential and thrive themselves on preparing students for life beyond school. They are located in Enfield and have great transport links as well as on-site parking for all members of staff.
