Teaching Assistant
Contract: Full-time
Location: Boston
Start Date: September
Pay Rate: £83 - £100 per day
GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school community in Boston. This full-time role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about supporting students’ academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they have access to the curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy when working with students.
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
