As the Production Manager, you will be supporting the operations manager as well as managing circa 20 employees. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of work whilst ensuring that the depot runs smoothly and maintains excellent levels of customer service on a daily basis. Other responsibilities of the Production Manager will include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring and controlling all day to day activities within the department
• Monitoring departmental workloads and dealing with any staff issues that may arise
• Managing the logistics of when equipment has been sent out
• Responsible for all health and safety and other safety at work requirements
• Ordering of parts and other consumables/equipment
• Recording and reporting all operational and financial performances within the department
