Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV systems and general electrical installations.
- Lead a team of 3-4 technicians, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
- Uphold strict industry standards and safety regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide technical support.
- Produce and maintain accurate documentation of all activities.
- Travel to various project sites, with occasional overnight stays.
Requirements:
- Certification as an Electrician with experience in solar and general electrical installations.
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical expertise in solar PV systems.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
