The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing ERP implementations, particularly COINS, and experience in replacing legacy systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of the COINS ERP system.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Oversee data migration from the current SAGE system and other legacy systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new system.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing COINS ERP implementations.
- Strong background in replacing legacy systems, specifically SAGE.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of the infrastructure industry, particularly in providing services to house builders.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
