We are working with a well-established regional contractor who turn over close to £50m. They specialise in hospitality & leisure works undertaking a range of fit out, refurbishment and design & build schemes. They’ve asked us to source an experienced Site Manager to work on a challenging scheme in Loughborough.
The job itself has both new build & refurbishment elements to create a new hospitality space and is due to hand over late August/early Sept.
The contractor in question has follow on works all over the country so this could become a long-term role if you’d be open to working away.
Requirements/Reasons to apply:
- We are looking for an experienced Site Manager holding their SMSTS & First Aid
- You’ll need to have working experience on fast-track schemes and the ability to work well under pressure
- You’ll be joining a well-established and reputable business with a solid supply chain and a great team around you
- This role will offer an immediate start, attractive rates and at the minimum, work through the summer period
