Building Control opportunity within an Approved Inspector based in Nottinghamshire

Introduction

  • We are currently working with an Approved Inspector who are looking to recruit a Building Control Surveyor / Building Control Project Manager to join the group and support on sites in the Nottinghamshire, please get in touch to find out precise details on the location you will be working within.

You will need

  • Ability to manage a variety of projects, both residential and commercial
  • Knowledge and experience of working on residential and commercial projects.
  • The ability to provide a client-led service.
  • A proactive attitude when dealing with current clients, but also forward thinking in gaining new clients.
  • Registered at class 2 or class 3.

Working conditions / environment:

  • Flexible working with the option to work from home where necessary.

Salary / Package:

  • The Salary ranges from £50,000 - £65,000 with a Car Allowance that goes up to £4,500 + 45p per mile + private healthcare + lots of other perks.
