Are you detail-oriented and passionate about auditing? A leading insurance company is seeking an Assistant Auditor to support our Audit Manager by ensuring our brokers, agents, and service providers meet our high standards and regulatory requirements. We are looking to talk to candidates who have experience in the Insurance sector and have an understanding of FCA regulation.

This role is Hybrid, home working is available but you must be able to travel into the office 2 days per week.

In the role you will be responsible for:

• Assist in due diligence assessments and draft reports.
• Communicate with third parties pre and post-audit.
• Conduct sampling of sales, claims, and complaint-related services.
• Maintain audit trackers and plans.
• Recommend changes to testing tools.
• Participate in Customer Conduct processes.
• Identify development needs and support training.

• Knowledge of FCA Handbook requirements and compliance best practices (desirable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and numeric reasoning skills.
• Up-to-date with regulatory developments.
• Understanding of UK rules and regulations.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Self-motivated with a focus on customer service.
