Contract Scotland are currently recruiting for a new home sales advisor to join our reputable client based in the East on a part time basis.

The shift pattern for this position is Saturday and Sunday 10-5. 


Role Responsibilities include

• Drive sales by providing a high level of customer engagement.
• Gain a strong understanding of products to match client expectations. 
• Liaise with site managers, colleagues and clients to facilitate a successful working environment.
• Day to day Management of developments, generating viewings, following up on enquiries and assisting clients on their choices.
• Provide outstanding service to all clients, ensuring that their customer journey is positive and efficient.
• Take control of any customer issues and find suitable solutions to any queries raised
• Responsible for the presentation of site, ensuring site and sales suite is maintained to the highest standards.
