Team Leader Repairs & Maintenance

IMH Recruitment are seeking a Team Leader in Repairs & Maintenance for our client based in Sheffield.
Duties:
- Managing a range of trade operatives. Teams around the size of 10 dependant on trade (Roofer/plasterer/painter/joiner/plumber).
- Running a team to complete small projects such as looking drainage issues, joinery on Sheffield buildings, roof leaks and property damage.
- Attending site Meetings and completing inspections.
- Working alongside Stakeholders.
- Providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Management experience.
- Experience working in the following trades: Roofer, Plasterer, Painter, Joiner, Plumber.
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Experience of H&S inspections.
- Contract management - including contractors.
* A relevant trade/craft qualification to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Eg Gas Fitter, Electrician, Plumber etc.
Hours & Pay:
- The right individual needs to be flexible as you will need to be able to work outside office hours & occasionally attend overnight events.
- £19.02 Per Hour.
- 7.5 hours a day, 5 days per week.
