TeacherActive is thrilled to be working with a lovely private day nursery just north of Leeds City Centre (LS18). The nursery care for children ages 3 months old up until they go to Primary School, with multiple rooms set up to cater for the different ages of the children and a large outdoor area for the children to learn about the world around them.

The nursery are currently searching for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their growing team. The position is full-time, with the option to progress to a leadership position after a successful trial period. The ideal applicant will have previous experience working within the Early Years sector, and will be able to join the team in providing an exceptional level of care and support for the children at the nursery.

The successful Early Years Educator will:

• Hold a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Childcare / Early Years Education or equivalent
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS & current Safeguarding policies and Child Protection laws.
• Be able to provide 2 professional references & hold an Enhanced Child Only DBS Certificate (or will be happy to apply for one)
