Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring a team of facility managers and support staff to ensure high-quality care services.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and upholding the commitment to excellence in care.
- Analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the healthcare or care home industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in care home management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Competitive salary between £80,000 and £90,000 per annum + Car allowance, dependent on experience.
