Mechanical Project Manager – Life Sciences / Laboratories / Healthcare
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with extensive life science / healthcare experience for a new £5million + project in Central London. This project is part of the UK’s largest life science conversion projects
Our client is a multi-disciplined specialist M&E contractor that delivers mixed sector projects including healthcare, laboratories, commercial offices, leisure and education with values up to £20million, primarily with Tier 1 Main Contractors. Works include Shell & Core, fit out, refurbishments & conversions and infrastructure.
This is a full-time site-based opportunity in Central London. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the mechanical package, ensuring successful project completion within budget and on schedule. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage procurement processes, and provide technical expertise in building services and plumbing.
