Air Conditioning Engineer - Derby/Nottingham

We are seeking an experienced and established Commercial Maintenance Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a dynamic service team to cover Derby/Nottingham areas.

This opportunity is with a rapidly evolving engineering company that has been trading for over 30 years, consistently growing and expanding in all areas of the business, particularly in the bespoke Technical Services Department.

The role is based in and around your local area, not in Manchester where the head office is located. Groups of various engineers are based throughout the UK.

Air Conditioning Engineer Job Role & Responsibilities

• Responding to service calls on a UK-wide basis
• Testing, servicing, and repairing a wide variety of equipment
• Fault finding
• Offering advice and technical support to customers
• Reporting directly to the Technical Service Manager

Air Conditioning Engineer Required Skills & Experience

• NVQ Levels 2 & 3 or equivalent
• F Gas Cat 1 certification
• Electrical experience preferable
• Installation skills
• Experience with a range of systems, from split-type units to VRV/VRF to water chillers
• Good communication skills
• Motivation to work on industry-leading equipment
