We are now recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a leading business based in the Cannock area. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for servicing daily/sport wheelchairs and power add on products in order to maintain service levels for the business, you also provide support for the sales, production and customer service departments.

As the Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for :

* Offering technical support to customer services

* Visiting customers to deliver demonstrations

* Assist with any handovers

* Providing after sales care and an excellent customer service

* Overcome objections

* Document interactions maintaining the CRM system with accurate information

* Representing the business at events

Requirements:

* Experience in repairing of electrical equipment would be an advantage

* Friendly personality and strong people skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Enthusiastic and pro active

* Able to work as an individual as well as part of the wider team

* Prepared to travel to customer sites
