Job Title: Linkline and Alarm Officer 🚨

Location: Hounslow, London 📍

Remuneration: 💰 £18.38 per hour, temporary contract

Contract Details:

- Contract Length: 3 months, possibility of extension ⏳

- Working Pattern: Full Time, 36 hours ⌛

- Driving Required: Yes 🚗

Responsibilities:

• Use Telecare Standards Association Code Of Practise to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals. ✅
• Monitor and respond to alarms from telecare equipment and provide appropriate assistance. 📞
• Liaise with emergency services, care providers, and other relevant agencies as required. 🚑
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and actions taken. 📝
• Provide a high level of customer service and support to service users and their families. 🤝
• Continuously assess and update personal knowledge of telecare technology. 💡
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the service. 📈

Requirements:

• Knowledge of telecare systems and equipment. 📞💡
• Proficient in using Word, Outlook, Excel, and Jontek software. 💻
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 💬🙌
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. 😌
• Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle. 🚗
